Executive Assistant:

Our firm is seeking a qualified executive assistant. This is a full-time position working closely for the firm’s president and supporting the rest of the staff.

This role requires someone comfortable wearing many hats, so to speak. It is part personal assistant (coordinating travel, paying bills, scheduling appointments, etc.), part office manager (maintaining vendor relationships, managing the office calendar, running errands and monitoring/ordering supplies, planning events, etc.), part receptionist (answering phones, fielding and directing client questions, performing clerical filing, etc.) and part bookkeeper (paying company bills, coding credit card expenses, assisting with quarterly client billing, etc.).

Though this role is not client-facing, it will require the utmost in communication, organization, time-management and efficiency as many of the required tasks will directly impact client accounts and relationships. Professionalism in attire and conduct is imperative.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with an expanding role as the company continues to grow, but we do not intend for this position to be a stepping stone to another spot within the organization. We want an executive personal assistant that is comfortable serving as an executive personal assistant for the foreseeable future. This role will also have some basic tasks from time to time such as errands, picking up lunches, etc.
